Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the price difference will be prorated. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.
Unused video slots do not roll over to the next month. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your average monthly content needs. You can always upgrade mid-month if you need more.
After we deliver the edited video, you can request revisions. The Starter plan includes 1 revision per clip, the Growth plan includes 2 revisions per clip, and the Custom plan lets you define your own revision terms. Simply share your feedback and we'll make the changes.
No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. Yearly plans offer a 20% discount and are billed annually.
We deliver videos optimized for each platform: vertical (9:16) for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts; square (1:1) for feed posts; and horizontal (16:9) for YouTube. All files are delivered in high quality MP4 format.
